    I hope you love your artwork, but if something isn’t quite right, please read the information below.

    • You may return non-custom items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

    • Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

    • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

    Please contact me before returning any item so I can assist you.

  • If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and packaging. I will offer a replacement or full refund, including return postage if required.

  • Custom commissions and personalised items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

  • Original artworks may be returned under the same conditions as prints, provided they are returned safely and in original condition.
